"Noah took great care to listen and fulfill my needs on two policies. The added difficulty of an out of state transfer was met with knowledge and experience. I only wish more companies and business would invest in better IT services for ease of data transfer. The accuracy and time savings for the customer would be well worth the investment. The technology exists… no need to reinvent the wheel, just invest State Farm.

"I am still getting jerked around after making multiple attempts, in multiple formats, to cancel this policy. This has been one of the worst experiences I have ever had dealing with any company, period.
Instead of providing all cancellation requirements upfront, this company continues engaging in an endless back-and-forth process while continuing to bill the customer. Every time something is submitted, another requirement suddenly appears. It feels intentionally designed to delay cancellation rather than assist the customer.
This is terrible business practice and an extremely frustrating experience. Future customers should be aware of what they may be dealing with before signing up."

"Venice in the Orange City office is remarkable, knowledgeable, patient, loving, kind, understanding and caring.
She patiently listens to your needs and finds the best plan for your needs and explains everything and makes sure you understand everything. You don't leave her office until you're completely satisfy. She cares for her customers. What I love about Venice, she gives you a courtesy call to see if everything is going good and if she could help in anything. That is a caring person that cares for the people and for the company she works for. I recommend her to everybody. She's the best.
She's an ASSET to State Farm. You're lucky to have her as your employee. I've spoken to lots of people and friends and they feel the same way my husband and I feel. It is a pleasure to be able to give my opinion on such a wonderful person. Thank you."
